Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding
Delicious and healthy chia seed pudding is packed with protein, Omega-3, antioxidants and calcium that you can make in under 5 minutes.This is a basic recipe but you can add any flavouring or fruit to make it your signature pudding.

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Serves 4


1 tin coconut milk

½ cup chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup honey or maple syrup or agave syrup

¼ tsp cinnamon powder


If you like a smooth version then place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 – 2 minutes until completely smooth.

For whole chia seed version, blend all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender until smooth (including any added flavours, or fruit). Whisk in the chia seeds.

Pour the mixture into glass containers or glasses and place in fridge for at least 4 hours to set.  Best to make it the night before for a quick and easy breakfast the next day. Also perfect to make in the morning, ready for a delicious pre-made desert with dinner. Top the pudding with any of your favourite fruit, nuts or granola.
