Postage is currently free for orders within the UK.

If the order weighs more than 10kg then Pantry Essentials Ltd reserve the right to contact you with a custom delivery charge.

In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, you will be contacted with the expected delivery date along with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

While Pantry Essentials Ltd strive to deliver the items as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to arrive in time due to forces beyond our control.

We always obtain proof of posting. If the item is lost in the delivery process due to error then we will replace the item once all relevant forms and claims are resolved, but we cannot offer you a cash refund.

All of our deliveries require a signature on receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address on the delivery day. An appropriate person must sign for all goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by us. We will leave notification of delivery and you will have the option to rearrange delivery.

In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at the address we expressly disclaim all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature.

Adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our control may result in late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule the delivery time and date.

If the order is a present for somebody else, please ensure the correct delivery address including postcode is given and contact telephone number if available, also please include messages with the order form.

Any additional carriage costs resulting from incorrect information being given on the order form will be charged.

It is not possible to amend the order after it has placed.

Pantry Essentials Ltd will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.

Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to the customer under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
